What operational visibility and data do we receive?

What happens if units are damaged, lost or need repairing?

Full lifecycle management is baked into the service fee.

If a HeroPAK unit is damaged during normal operation, we handle the repair or replacement at no additional cost to you. Our integrated IoT tracking also serves as a robust asset protection system; sending alerts for "idle" or "lost" containers, helping you eliminate fleet shrinkage.
