HeroTRAK is HeroPAK's asset tracking and visibility platform designed for high-frequency transport operations. Using RFID, QR, and IoT-enabled tracking infrastructure, HeroTRAK provides real-time visibility across roll containers, reusable packaging assets, pallets, crates and transport packaging fleets.

Monitor asset movement, dwell time, utilisation rates and reusable packaging performance across distribution networks. Automated alerts help identify lost or idle assets while integrated reporting supports reusable packaging obligations under PPWR Articles 29, 30, and 31.

What happens if units are damaged, lost or need repairing?

Full lifecycle management is baked into the service fee.

If a HeroPAK unit is damaged during normal operation, we handle the repair or replacement at no additional cost to you. Our integrated IoT tracking also serves as a robust asset protection system; sending alerts for "idle" or "lost" containers, helping you eliminate fleet shrinkage.
